MSME Tool Room, located at Indore is engaged in manufacturing and training of tools, other precision job works, and performs NCVT or AICTE recognized Long, Medium, and Short-term technical training courses for all kinds of technical, students, and industrial teachers. Centre for Research and Industrial Staff Performance (CRISP) has established itself as one of the most leading centres of education and professional training.

The institute was set up in the year 1997 and has been supported as a society by the Indo German Technical Cooperation Agreement. The basic objective of the institute lies with generating and establishing human resource development and also organisational development.

The efficient delivery of these two motives promotes active employment and also skilful employment in the country, thus benefiting both the employable and the employing crowd.
