Trade fair to make its debut from 13 – 15 December in Mumbai

"As per the World Industrial Robotics Report 2017 by International Federation of Robotics, sale of robots in India increased by 27% in 2016. This is expected to triple by 2020 with a compound annual growth rate of 26%. We are hoping that combined efforts of the Government, the industrial sector and various training institutes, industrial robotics can grow in India steadily and put the country on a fast track to unprecedented progress and development," said Raj Manek, Executive Director and Board Member of Messe Frankfurt Asia Holding Ltd.

Along with the unveiling, Kadam will be addressing the audience on advanced robotics and automation with the topic centering on "Confluence of IIoT, Mixed Reality, AI and Robotics in Cyber Physical Systems for Factory Automation" making it a perfect fit with the theme of Future Factory.

India is seeking technology partners to accelerate domestic manufacturing and improve their technology infrastructure. With the government‘s impetus on developing industrial corridors and smart cities along with rolling out major programmes such as "Make in India", "Digital India" etc., there is a sharp innovation and technology led movement in the country. Smart Industry Solutions India will cover the realm of Industry 4.0 - where futuristic innovations in engineering are expected to change the shop floor. Strategically scheduled in the commercial capital of the country, the trade fair has drawn strong support from Government of Maharashtra  and the combined exhibition and conference format is expected to attract a strong network of trade visitors and business leadership for knowledge and technology exchange.
