To have 18 machines on display in 10,000 square feet of booth space

ST-25 Compact Big-Bore Turning Center: The ST-25 is a compact big-bore turning center with a maximum capacity of 15" x 21" and a 31.75" swing over the front apron. The machine's A2-6 spindle has a 3.0" bar capacity, and is equipped with a 10" hydraulic chuck. The spindle is powered by a 30 hp vector drive system, and turns to 3400 rpm. A 12-station bolt-on style turret is standard.

ST-35 Mid-Size Big-Bore Turning Center: The Haas ST-35 is a mid-size big-bore turning center with maximum capacity of 21" x 26" and a 31.75" swing over the front apron. The machine's A2-8 spindle has a 4.0" bar capacity, and is equipped with a 12" hydraulic chuck. The spindle is powered by a 40 hp vector drive system through a 2-speed gearbox, and turns to 2400 rpm. A 12-station bolt-on style turret is standard.

Redesigned TL-1 Toolroom Lathe: The popular TL-1 Toolroom Lathe has undergone a complete redesign for 2014, with a new enclosure and better overall performance. The machine has a maximum capacity of 16" x 30", with a 16" swing over the front apron. The A2-6 spindle nose has a 3" bore, and accepts either an 8" or 10" optional 3-jaw manual chuck. The spindle is powered by a 12 hp vector drive system, and now spins to 3000 rpm. Rapids have increased to 450 ipm on both X and Z axes. The enclosure is now standard on the TL-1, to better contain chips and coolant, and protect the operator.

6000-rpm Live Tooling for Turning Centers: The live tooling option for Haas turning centers (standard on dual-spindle and Y-axis models) now spins to 6000 rpm for faster material removal. That's three times faster than the previous version, and it now provides the 25% increase in power already found on our ST-40 and larger machines. The Haas live tooling system also includes a servo-driven C axis for bidirectional spindle motion that is fully interpolated with X and/or Z motion.

TRT100 Compact, High-Speed, Dual-Axis Rotary Table: The Haas TRT100 dual-axis trunnion table provides high-speed, accurate positioning, and full 5-axis motion for machining small parts. Its very small size and light weight make the TRT100 the perfect 5-axis solution for even the smallest machining centers. Indexing speeds to 1950º/sec ensure short cycle times, and powerful brakes on both axes guarantee extreme accuracy for 3+2 machining.

15,000-rpm 40-Taper Inline Direct-Drive Spindles:   Haas Automation now offers a 15,000-rpm inline direct-drive spindle for most of its 40-taper VMCs, including Super Speed models, VM Mold Maker models, and standard VFs. The spindle is driven by a 30 hp vector drive system, and yields 90 ft-lb of cutting torque.

Through-Tool Air Blast: The Haas Through-Tool Air Blast system provides high-pressure / high-flow air through the cutting tool to clear chips during dry machining. Because the Air Blast system uses the same plumbing as the Through-Spindle Coolant system, the operator can switch between the two systems, based upon their machining requirements.
