To have 18 machines on display in 10,000 square feet of booth space

DM-1 40-Taper Drill/Mill Center: The DM-1 is a small-footprint, high-speed drill/mill center with a 40-taper spindle. The machine has a 20" x 16" x 15.5" work cube and a 26" x 15" T-slot table. The 40-taper inline direct-drive spindle turns to 15,000 rpm, and is powered by a 15 hp vector drive system that yields 46 ft-lb of cutting torque. A high-speed, 18+1 side-mount tool changer swaps tools quickly, and 2400 ipm rapids combine with high acceleration rates to shorten cycle times and reduce non-cutting time.

ST-55 Large-Through-Bore Turning Center: The ST-55 is a heavy-duty, long-bed turning center with a 12.5" diameter through-bore, a 25.5" x 80" maximum cutting capacity, and a 34.5" swing over the front apron. A 55 hp vector dual-drive unit powers the ST-55's spindle through a Haas-built two-speed gearbox to provide 4250 ft-lb of torque in low gear. High gear provides a maximum spindle speed of 1000 rpm. Both front and rear A1-20 spindle noses accept a variety of aftermarket large-diameter manual and pneumatic chucks. The ST-55 comes equipped with a massive hydraulically clamped 12-station bolt-on style tool turret that accepts 7.25" split boring bar holders, as well as standard BOT toolholders.

ST-15 Small-Footprint Big-Bore Turning Center: The Haas ST-15 is a small-footprint big-bore turning center with a 2.5" bar capacity. The machine provides a maximum cutting capacity of 14" x 14", with a swing of 16.25" over the cross slide. It is equipped with a 8.3" hydraulic 3-jaw chuck and a 12-station BOT turret. The ST-15's A2-6 spindle nose has 3.5" bore and a 2.5" bar capacity. The machine's 20 hp vector dual-drive spindle turns to 4000 rpm, and provides 150 ft-lb of torque.
