In view of the above, consequent to receipt of requisite approvals, the name of the Company has been changed from "Crompton Greaves Limited" to "CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited" with effect from February 27, 2017. The name "CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited" appropriately represents and reflects the business in which the Company is presently engaged in and represents the existing registered logo used by the Company to manufacture and market its B2B products. The change of the Company name does not result in change of the legal status or constitution or operations or activities of the Company or affect any rights or obligations of the Company.
