MG Motor India has become the first automobile manufacturer in India to accept the Model Dealer Agreement of The Federation of Automotive Dealers Association (FADA), which provides retail partners with an equitable platform in the running of the auto sales business.

This milestone of MG Motor will ensure a progressive future for the Automotive retail business in India. Keeping in line with the brand values of MG - Enabling exciting experiences every time, MG India has integrated technology into the entire customer journey and customer experience. Likewise, SAP with intelligence has built one of its kind Dealer Management System - ‘Magnet' and connected apps.

This system hosts all information from the company, dealers, service centre and customers in one place. Automation and a highly responsive approach have enabled MG to develop mutually beneficial business opportunities along with the dealer partners' ecosystem.     

The development was announced at the 12th Edition of FADA's Auto Summit 2023 themed "FIT & FUTURE READY" and it provided an overview of the Indian Retail Automobile Industry.

The summit provided a common forum for industry leaders, manufacturers, government officials, dealers, Industry analysts, academia, and various think tanks to discuss the changing dynamics of the Indian auto retail and service industry, upcoming business opportunities, and envision the industry's future.
