Ultraviolette, an innovator in Electric Vehicle platforms and Battery technology recently promoted Vinayak Bhat as the Chief Product Officer. Having a distinguished career spanning over a decade in aerospace and electric mobility, Bhatt served as the Technical Director and Principal Engineer at Ultraviolette, before being announced as the CPO.
Bhat has played a crucial role in the development of F77 March 2 and F99 racing platform along with supervising across all aspects of product development, engineering, operations and manufacturing functions since he joined the company in 2017.
As the Chief Product officer, Bhat will expand Ultraviolette's product portfolio through all the stages ranging from inception and design to development and market introduction. He will also lead the company's ventures of broadening its product range and accelerate innovation in the EV sector. Expressing his excitement, Bhat emphasised on his goal of crafting products for the global market through the vertical integration strategy. He also indicated about redefining standards and solidifying Ultraviolette's position as a global leader in electric mobility.
Narayan Subramaniam, CEO & Co-Founder, Ultraviolette stated that Bhat's leadership was crucial in the launch of their flagship products. He also expressed his confidence in Bhat's appointment as the CPO. Bhat's professional journey began in 2013 at Indian Space Research Organisation as structural engineer. He also co-founded a startup in drive train and battery technology. He significantly contributed to industry giants like Airbus and Boeing.
