The Economic Times Polymers, the sister magazine of The Machinist, will organise first of its kind award function for the plastics industry. To be held concurrently with the Plastivision India 2017 on January 19, The Economic Times Polymers will reward excellence and great performance in the context of using plastics.

The awards will be conferred in the categories of:

• Excellence in Packaging
• Excellence in Building & Construction
• Excellence in Automotive
• Excellence in Consumer Durables
• Excellence in Recycling

The award function will take place at Hyatt Regency, Mumbai.

Apart from the awards function, the ceremony will have a CEO Panel Discussion, which will debate on the trends and challenges in the industry.  Overall, The Economic Times Polymers Awards will bring together the best of companies and the best of people from the plastics processing industry under one roof.
