Please tell us about exhibitors in terms of number of participants, country pavilions, etc.

We have around 450+ exhibitors, including 30 percent international participation from countries like- China, Japan, Turkey, Germany, Singapore, Taiwan and Korea. Our total floor area is 2,00,000 sqft. And, we have participation from the segments such as assembling systems & industrial robots; CNC lathes, machining & turning Centers; EDMs;  honing, lapping, polishing and debarring machines; hydraulics & pneumatic—tools & systems; pumps; valves & compressors, etc.

What are you expectation from this edition of the event? (In terms of visitors, expected business enquiries)

We are expecting over 30,000+ visitors during this edition of AMTEX. Our exhibitors have always found the event to be a platform for successful business enquiries and conversions.

AMTEX is a forum to display latest technologies and solution. How does it act as a platform for business growth?

Research shows that there has been an increase of 16 percent in the CAGR of the machine tool industry in India, from the period 2014 to 2016. And in support to this, AMTEX creates a platform to display the latest technological innovations. In order to make sure that there is definite conversions and business growth in this industry, we have launched a Business Matchmaking Programme, which helps the visitors  fix meetings with exhibitors of their desired product category.
