
GPS Renewables (GPSR), the world's largest biogas engineering company, has partnered with Nimaya, a not-for-profit career accelerator for women, to equip women from rural communities with essential soft skills, enabling them to thrive in modern workplaces.
This collaboration aims to enhance employment opportunities for women in the green energy sector through immersive training programs focused on behavioural and workplace skills, digital proficiency, leadership development, and placement support. The first skilling session was conducted at GPS Renewables' facility in Chandauli, Uttar Pradesh.
Speaking about the partnership, Navya Naveli Nanda and Samyak Chakrabarty, Co-Founders of Nimaya Foundation, said, "At Nimaya, we believe the green sector will generate meaningful employment opportunities at scale, especially for women.
