Metastable Materials, a lithium– ion battery recycling startup announced the appointment of R U Srinivas as the HR Advisor. He has an experience of 35 years in B2B (Saas product, banking, IT+business process outsourcing, bif 4 audit firms and manufacturing) as and in B2C (food and retail). His professional experience ranges from being a CEO and member of the board and led strategy, sales, Operations, quality, finance, and HR functions globally to working and selling in over 20 countries.
He gives HR – related advices to startups at IIT Madras Incubation Centre. He also advices the Board and Trustees of the NGO, CHILD. R U Srinivas received global awards like HRO Superstar thrice and FAO Superstar.
