SKF, the leading worldwide manufacturer and supplier of ball & roller bearings and rotating equipment performance products, today announced the launch of its new centralized distribution centre at Chakan, Pune. Spread over 64000 square feet, this India Distribution Centre (IDC) will significantly improve SKF's distribution and logistics footprint in India.
This centre is strategically located in the industrial belt of Maharashtra and in the vicinity of key automobile manufacturers, it is also well connected with the factories to ensure better availability of stocks and to serve the customers at the shortest possible time.
