“Redefining Manufacturing”

Cosmos is making waves in the manufacturing industry by moving beyond just selling products to providing end-to-end solutions. At IMTEX 2025, the company showcased its 28 advanced machines in a massive 20,000-square-foot booth, categorising them into industry-specific zones. "This year marks a major shift for us—we are no longer just a product company but a complete solutions provider," said Shah. Machines were tailored for aerospace, energy, oil and gas, die and mould, medical, automotive, and semiconductor industries, emphasising industry-driven technology.

A Commitment to Lean Manufacturing

Sustainability is a key focus for Cosmos, evident in its Vadodara facility, which spans over 200,000 square feet and operates on lean manufacturing principles. The company prioritises solar energy, minimal waste production, and energy-efficient processes to reduce its environmental impact. "Sustainability is not just about being eco-friendly but also about optimising production for minimal footprint and maximum efficiency," Shah explained. Cosmos incorporates Japanese lean manufacturing concepts like Kanban, ensuring their machines are lighter, more compact, and consume fewer resources while maintaining high mass-to-weight ratios for better performance.

India-Focused Growth and Investment Plans

With India's manufacturing sector booming, Cosmos sees the country as the hub for industrial growth. The company aligns with the China Plus One strategy and the Make in India movement, reinforcing its commitment to producing world-class machines domestically. "We are investing heavily in cutting-edge technology for MSMEs, ensuring that even startups and small manufacturers have access to advanced, affordable solutions," Shah stated. By providing cost-effective, high-performance machines with minimal maintenance needs, Cosmos aims to empower Indian manufacturers and drive industrial expansion.

Future Roadmap

Looking ahead, Cosmos plans to expand its product portfolio, develop more advanced solutions for precision industries, and strengthen its global reach. With a strong focus on affordability, innovation, and sustainability, the company is set to play a key role in India's manufacturing evolution, offering solutions that are not just efficient but also future-ready.
