Taiwan Excellence Pavilion showcases a remarkable display of innovation and technological prowess at Automation Expo 2023

The Taiwan Excellence Pavilion is showcasing cutting-edge automation solutions from well-known Taiwanese brands such as ADVANTECH, Chin Fong, GMT Global Inc, Heran, HIWIN, KSS, PLANET, SOLOMON, Techman Robot and TOYO AUTOMATION

Automation Expo 2023 in Mumbai witnessed a remarkable display of innovation and technological prowess at the Taiwan Excellence Pavilion, along with the product launch 'Empowering Industries with The Best Made in Taiwan' on August 23.

The Taiwan Excellence Pavilion is dedicated to meeting India's automation needs while driving mutual success. It is showcasing cutting-edge automation solutions from well-known Taiwanese brands such as ADVANTECH, Chin Fong, GMT Global Inc, Heran, HIWIN, KSS, PLANET, SOLOMON, Techman Robot and TOYO AUTOMATION. The pavilion is a testament to the spirit of innovation and dedication that embodies Taiwan Excellence. Each product on display epitomises precision, efficiency, and technological advancement.

The product launch "Empowering Industries with The Best Made in Taiwan" was organised by Taiwan Excellence, an entity established by the Bureau of Foreign Trade and the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA). The event attracted members of various industry associations, manufacturers, automation experts, etc. They gathered to learn about technologies capable of tackling the most urgent manufacturing challenges.

During the presentation, ADVANTECH showcased how their communication systems, edge computing, and cloud services enable smart factories and sustainable operation. TECHMAN ROBOT showcased the AI vision of its collaborative robots and presented real-life examples in areas like automotive assembly, metal processing, and palletising operations.

TOYO AUTOMATION highlighted the advantages and use of their distinctive electric cylinders. Chin Fong explained how their ST1 stamping machine and the iForming smart management system have the potential to modernise and reshape the conventional stamping processes.

HIWIN Technologies exhibited its automation equipment and components tailored for manufacturing consumer electronics and automotives.

Speaking at the product launch, Estela Chen, the Executive Director of Economic Division of Taipei Economic and Cultural Center in India, said, "Taiwan has the potential to bolster the progress of 'Make in India' by means of our top-notch ‘Made in Taiwan' equipment and components. This collaborative effort envisions elevating India's manufacturing industries to new height. Together, Taiwan and India have the potential to guide the path to a more prosperous and technology-driven global landscape."
