Management of Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd. and its Employees' Union have signed the wage settlement for the period of FY 2018-20 after prolonged negotiations. Both, the Management team lead by Shankara G, General Manager Employee Relations and the President of the Employees' Union Prasanna Kumar CS shared their happiness on the smooth wage settlement and ensuring Industrial peace and harmony during the negotiation period, considering interest of Company as a whole.

Sharing his thoughts, Prasanna Kumar CS, President of the Employees' Union thanked the Management for the settlement and said, "The Union is committed to always work for the betterment of the Company and its employees."

Shankara G, General Manager, Employees Relations, said, "In spite of the severe business challenges that the Automobile Industry is facing, keeping in view the betterment of the employees, TKM has always tried to do its best for the employees, and, we urge all our employees to strive towards sustaining and continuously improving the company's competitiveness."
