
Cyient, a leading global engineering and technology solutions company, has announced the launch of its wholly owned semiconductor subsidiary, Cyient Semiconductors. This strategic move reinforces the company's commitment to innovation and excellence within the global semiconductor landscape.
Building on Cyient's longstanding expertise in semiconductor design, the new subsidiary will focus on scaling Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) turnkey solutions for clients. For over 25 years, Cyient has delivered end-to-end ASIC solutions and semiconductor design services across industrial, data centre, automotive, and medical sectors. With a strategy centered on both organic and inorganic growth, Cyient Semiconductors has developed high-performance teams across India, the US, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Taiwan.
