The Hoffmann Group has officially launched its Hoffmann Connected Tools (HCT) range in India. This innovative product family includes Electronic Torque Wrenches, Digital Vernier Calipers, and Torque Analysers, all designed to send data seamlessly to a smartphone app, tablet, or PC via Bluetooth.
With the introduction of HCT, the Hoffmann Group is driving digitalisation forward in the tooling industry. Bluetooth-enabled tools allow effortless data transfer directly to PC applications such as Excel, a tablet, or the newly developed HCT smartphone app—without requiring additional software or dongles. These tools bridge the gap between analogue and digital tooling, transmitting measurement data over a range of up to 15 metres, making documentation effortless while also eliminating manual data entry errors. This results in enhanced precision, efficiency, and quality management.

The GARANT and HOLEX-branded Electronic Torque Wrench, Digital Vernier Caliper, and Torque Analyser with Bluetooth connectivity are the first HCT products launched in the Indian market.
For users who prioritise mobile working, the HCT smartphone app—available on the App Store and Google Play—offers a streamlined solution for recording and exporting measurement data. The app supports CSV export with details such as tool name, measurement date, unit, and target value, ensuring seamless data integration with applications like Excel and Word. Additionally, it displays values in both metric and imperial units.

Thanks to a bi-directional interface, users can configure the wrench directly or via the HCT app. Up to 100 screw-tightening profiles can be programmed in five different modes, grouped into workflows containing up to 10 profiles each. For enhanced security, the tool can be password-protected, restricting further operations after an incorrect tightening attempt. A USB-C port adds to its functionality.
The new HCT high-precision electronic torque/rotational angle wrench boasts a 2.8-inch TFT colour display with a dual scale, ensuring excellent visibility of measurement values. It also features visual, auditory, and vibration warnings to alert users before exceeding maximum torque values. Designed for professional workshops, it is resistant to oils, greases, fuels, brake fluids, and Skydrol.

The GARANT and HOLEX Digital Vernier Caliper features a large LCD display with a readable 11.5 mm digit height. Its stainless-steel body is encased in an ergonomic Santoprene-coated enclosure, providing a firm grip even in dusty, wet, or oily environments. The system automatically enters power-saving mode after 10 minutes of inactivity, reactivating with slight movement while retaining the last measurement and zero point. It meets IP67 protection standards, safeguarding it from dust, water, coolant, and oil.
The GARANT Electronic Torque Analyser HCT ensures accurate testing of mechanical and electronic torque wrenches or torque screwdrivers from any manufacturer. It features three measurement modes: Tracking Display (Track), Trigger Point Sensing (First Peak), and Peak Value Display (Peak Hold). A high-contrast 2.8-inch TFT colour display and an acoustic signal indicate whether the target range has been reached. The analyser automatically evaluates, and highlights results in green (within tolerance) or red (out of tolerance), storing them in its internal memory. It supports measurement in Newton metres (Nm), Foot-Pound-Force (lbfft), and Pound-Force-Inch (lbfin) and offers multilingual menu options, including German, English, French, Italian, and Spanish.
