Zavenir Daubert, a leading manufacturer of specialty chemicals focusing on corrosion protection and metalworking fluids, recently inaugurated its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Binola, Haryana. Distinguished guests from Daubert, USA, and Nihon Parkerizing, Japan, joined key Indian executives of Zavenir Daubert to mark the occasion.
With an investment of Rs 100 crore (10 million USD), this facility reinforces Zavenir Daubert's commitment to innovation, sustainability, and supporting India's industrial growth. Notably, 10 per cent of the investment has been allocated to advanced software technologies, ensuring seamless integration of Industry 4.0 capabilities. The plant, with a monthly production capacity of 1,200 kilolitres, will primarily serve the automotive, steel, and construction industries, with the automotive sector accounting for 70-75 per cent of the company's current business.
The facility is designed to cater to both the fast-expanding domestic market and select international markets. Spread across approximately two acres and employing over 100 individuals, it boasts end-to-end production capabilities. The facility is ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certified, reflecting its adherence to stringent quality and environmental standards.
Currently, Zavenir Daubert generates an annual revenue of Rs 150 crore. With the launch of this integrated facility, the company aims for a sevenfold growth, targeting Rs 1,000 crore in revenue over the next five years.

The Binola facility incorporates cutting-edge advancements in smart manufacturing. From raw materials handled by Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) to storage using an Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS), production processes such as dosing, blending, filling, and labelling are powered by state-of-the-art articulated robotics. These intelligent systems ensure unparalleled precision, efficiency, and quality, establishing a new industry benchmark.
