UNITED GRINDING Group has announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire the GF Machining Solutions Division (GFMS) from Georg Fischer AG (GF), headquartered in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. This strategic acquisition is valued between CHF 630 and 650 million and is anticipated to close in the first half of 2025, pending regulatory approvals.

The acquisition of GFMS aligns with UNITED GRINDING Group's goal to expand its position as a global leader in ultra-precision machining solutions. By integrating GFMS's expertise and resources, UNITED GRINDING aims to deliver even broader and more advanced capabilities to its worldwide customer base.
