Lohia Corp Limited (LCL) recently announced two milestones which mark their expansion in the global market. LCL has acquired JJ. Jenkins, a machine manufacturing company for high-tech industries.

This acquisition is done through Lohia Corp's US subsidiary, Leesona Corp, a winding machine company. This step aligns with the company's vision to expand their yarns and tapes portfolio in medical and defense applications.

Additionally, the company has formed a strategic partnership with Italy's O.M.G.M sas leading to the formation of OMGM Extrusiontechnik Srl. In which LCL holds majority stake. The alliance introduces solutions in  extrusion and winding systems for  technical applications.

Commenting on the new ventures, R K Lohia, Chairman & Managing Director,  Lohia Corp Limited, said, "Both these new partnerships are a pivotal move that will broaden our product offerings and provide our customers with even more choices and will enhance our presence in the North America and European market, at the same time strengthen our presence in all other global markets."
