Panasonic Life Solution's Industrial Devices Division (INDD) recently unveiled a suite of factory automation solutions at the recently held Automation Expo 2024 in Mumbai. The solution comprises of a Network Function Integrated Type HL-G2 series- Laser sensor, Motion Controller GM1 and Minas A7 servo system.

The HL-G2 series has a capability to handle variety of tasks with a range of 20 mm to 1,000 mm. The motion controller –GM1 has RTEX/EtherCAT. It is specifically suited for applications which require precision and speed like press-fitting, molding, printing and packaging machines.

The MINAS A7 Servo system are motors equipped with AI technology. It is designed to automate precise tuning. This task earlier required human intervention. MINAS A7 is equipped with precAlse TUNING (AI based automated tuning). MINAS CZ1 Global and MINAS A6SC series motors were launched recently in the Indian market.

The Industrial devices Division (INDD) demonstrated their full range of automation devices and and components at the Automation Expo 2024. This automation devices showcase included sensors, servo motors, trolly ducts, PLC solutions and Laser markets.

Speaking during the occasion, Mr. Narayan Kumar, Divisional Director, Industrial Devices Division (INDD), Panasonic Life Solutions India said, "Panasonic Industrial Devices Division is dedicated to empowering Indian manufacturers with cutting-edge automation solutions that help reduce downtime and enhance effectiveness.
