DFI, the world's leading brand in embedded motherboards and industrial computers, has announced its participation in Automation Expo 2024. Focusing on robotics, machine vision, and startups, Automation Expo 2024 will serve as a platform for DFI to showcase its diverse range of products designed to meet the rigorous demands of modern industrial environments, including live demonstrations of its latest EV charger and Intelligent Traffic Management System (ITMS) solutions.

The exhibition will feature DFI's embedded systems and industrial panel PCs tailored for applications such as ITMS, factory automation, edge AI, and defence/rugged systems. A series of IPCs (EC511-ADS, EC543-ADS, EC500-ADS, and EC700-BT) will be highlighted, which are now officially certified by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), ensuring they meet the quality, reliability, and safety standards set by the Indian government.

DFI will also showcase its Single Board Computers (SBC), and motherboards powered by Intel, AMD, and Qualcomm processors. These solutions are specifically engineered to deliver reliability and performance in challenging operational settings. In addition to these highlights, DFI will also exhibit its windows on ARM products and retail vending kiosk.

DFI's Retail Vending Kiosk is designed for optimal retail environments, featuring a high-resolution display with 10-point multi-touch support for intuitive interactions. Powered by a robust Intel Pentium G5400 processor, the kiosk includes multi-functional integrations such as a 5MP camera, 2D barcode scanner, NFC reader, and a high-speed thermal printer.

Visitors will be treated to live demonstrations of DFI's EV charger and Intelligent Traffic Management System solutions. These demonstrations will highlight DFI's capability to seamlessly integrate advanced computing technologies into challenging real-world applications, Powered by the Intel Core™ i9 processor 14900T (Raptor Lake) and the Intel Arc™ A380E GPU, DFI's EV Charger integrates edge AI chatbots (LLM AI) and supports VM virtualisation, allowing multiple operating systems to run on a single CPU. Customers benefit from intelligent charging experiences, while businesses can unlock new revenue streams through superior operational efficiencies.

DFI will also demonstrate the integration of its EC511-ADS embedded PC with the ITMS solution developed in partnership with AI company Metafusion. The EC511-ADS features machine learning capabilities and delivers unparalleled high-performance computing and visual processing capabilities with 12th Generation Intel® Core™ Processors. Since its implementation, Metafusion has experienced increased efficiency, reduced latency, optimised resource management, lowered operational costs, and enhanced system reliability.
