Hypertherm, a U.S.-based manufacturer of plasma, laser, and waterjet cutting systems, has announced the appointment of Ador Fontech Limited (ADFL) as the exclusive master distributor in India for its Powermax plasma systems.

Headquartered in Bangalore with operations across India, ADFL specializes in the manufacture and sale of welding equipment and consumables, as well as the provision of reclamation, fusion, surfacing, and spraying solutions.

A first for Hypertherm, this partnership is part of the company's strategic move to provide better support for end users in India, and to expand its reach across the India market.

This decision is also in line with Hypertherm's mission to provide customers with the world's leading industrial cutting solutions, and reflects the company's vision "Every Market is A ‘Home' Market", where Hypertherm aims to achieve true global operational capabilities in mindset, leadership, and talent.
