UTC Climate, Controls & Security has successfully completed its planned acquisition of EcoEnergy, Wipro Limited's energy services business division.

EcoEnergy, based in Bengaluru, India, is a leading energy management solutions company that optimizes customers' energy consumption by analyzing insights gained from their software-as-a-service platform, big data analytics and domain-centric people and processes.

UTC Climate, Controls & Security, a leading provider of heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, is a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX).
