After the training program these women are capable in Material Handling concepts, features of the forklift, its performance characteristics, technical specification etc., main parts of the forklift, safety features in the forklift, pre-operational checks, dos and don'ts while operating the forklift - use of the check sheet, practical operation of the forklift like maneuvering the forklift and stacking / de-stacking loads on racks and parking procedures.
