Klüber Lubrication India inaugurates new plant at Mysore

New chemical speciality manufacturing facility built at Rs135 crore; will cater to both domestic & overseas markets

The Mysore facility has been focused on developing products which meets the demands of customers locally and globally. With this facility, Klüber Lubrication has been able to jointly work with Indian customers in steel, textile, automotive industries and develop customized lubrication solutions thereby supporting customers to optimize lubrication cost.

The new facility will enable Chem-Trend to work closely with the customers in developing new products with faster response time. This will strengthen Chem-Trend's endeavour to add value and support the customers to produce high quality parts more efficiently.

OKS Speciality Lubricants was the first company in the FCS group to be present in India and one of the first to introduce the concept of speciality lubricants. The brand has been successful due to its ability to create local products with a quick turnaround time. The new facility will further strengthen the capabilities of OKS in the areas of Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) applications.

The plant was officially inaugurated by Dr. Jörg Matthias Großmann, Dr. Dirk Loderer and Dr. Jim Graff of Klüber Lubrication and Chem-Trend respectively.
