After two glittering ceremonies held in 2015 and 2016, The Machinist has announced the third edition of the Super Shopfloor Awards 2017. In 2015, we created history by establishing an awards platform for the manufacturing industry. This gave the industry recognition for its efforts towards excellence. In 2016, we added glamour to it, by making it one and only red-carpet carpet ceremony for the manufacturing industry. Not to mention, it was also telecast on the leading business channel.

What do you think 2017's edition will be?

Coming to the nomination process - We have introduced three new categories this year namely, Human Resources (HR), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Supply Chain. So, there are three more avenues to get more recognition.

The previously known category of ‘Technology Adaption' is coming to you in a new way. Since it is an age of ‘Industry 4.0', we have renamed it as Digital Manufacturing.
